TAX CORRECTION REGULAR MEETING
June
2, 2009
The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in
Regular session on June 2, 2009 at
9:07 A.M. with the following members present: Chairman of the County Commissioners-Billy Cornell , Chairwoman of
the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, County Assessor-Leon Hurt and Secretary
County Clerk - Carol Fortner. The Chairman
of the Tax Correction Board-Billy Cornell called the Meeting to order and the
following business was transacted. Board was recessed at 9:30 AM.
Agenda
was posted May 28, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. on east entrance door and the south west
entrance.
AGENDA
#1-A motion was made by Jackie Wright and
seconded by Billy Cornell to approve of the agenda as posted. Roll call: Commissioner-Billy Cornell-yes, Excise Board Chairwoman Jackie
Wright –yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #2-A motion was made by Jackie Wright and
seconded by Billy Cornell to approve of minutes of the regular meeting of May 5, 2009. Roll call: Commissioner-Billy Cornell-yes, Excise Board Chairwoman
Jackie Wright -yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #3-A motion was made by Jackie Wright and seconded by Billy Cornell to approve of
Tax Roll Corrections and Complaints of
Erroneous Assessments as follows:

Baker, Paul-Property had no taxable situs in county, did not exist, or
was placed wrong.-7064
747.
Colcord Public Schools-Property was exempt from taxation assessed.-7065
748.
Colcord Public Schools-Property was exempt from taxation assessed.-7066
749.
Gasser, Donald- Property had no taxable situs in county, did not exist,
or was placed wrong.-7067

Chairwoman Jackie Wright -yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #4-A motion was made by Jackie Wright and
seconded by Billy Cornell to review any new business. No new business submitted.

There being no further business, the Meeting
adjourned.
