TAX CORRECTION REGULAR MEETING
April
7, 2009
The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in
Regular session on April 7, 2009 at
9:00 A.M. with the following members present: Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, Co. Assessor’s 1st
Deputy Wayne Tuder and Secretary County Clerk - Carol Fortner. Chairman of the County Commissioners-Billy
Cornell and County Assessor-Leon Hurt were absent. The Chairwoman Jacqueline
Wright called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.
Board was recessed at 9:30 AM.

was posted April 1, 2009 at 10:37 A.M. on east entrance door and the south west
entrance.

#1-A motion was made by 1st Dep. Wayne Tuder and seconded by Jackie
Wright to approve of the agenda as posted.
