TAX  CORRECTION REGULAR MEETING

                                                                                                                                  

February 3, 2009

 

 

           The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in Regular session on  February 3,  2009 at  9:00 A.M. with the following members present:  Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, Chairman of the County Commissioners- Ken Crowder, County Assessor-Leon Hurt and County Clerk- Carol Fortner.  The Chairman called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

 

 

MOTION TO APPROVE COMPLAINTS OF  ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENTS AND ORDER OF CORRECTIONS AS FOLLOWS:

 

 

  1.   Mesko, John-Error in transcribing from Co. Assessors Survey Record to Assessment Rolls.-6984
  2.   Performance Redd Auto Sales-Personal or real property is assessed to any person not owning the same.-6987
  3.   Maples, Stephen- Personal or real property is assessed to any person not owning the same.-6990
  4.   Maples, Stephen- Personal or real property is assessed to any person not owning the same.-6991
  5.   Pickett, Fred- Personal or real property is assessed to any person not owning the same.-6992

  7.   1 st Baptist Church of Grove-Property exempt from taxation was assessed.-6983

  10.    Holmberg, Paul-Error in transcribing from Co. Assessors Survey Record to Assessment Rolls-6998
