TAX  CORRECTION REGULAR MEETING

                                                                                                                               

AUGUST 5, 2008

 

           The Delaware County Board of Tax Corrections met in Regular session on  August 5,  2008 at  9:00 A.M. with the following members present:  Chairwoman of the Excise Board-Jacqueline Wright, Chairman of the County Commissioners- Ken Crowder, County Assessor-Leon Hurt and County Clerk- Carol Fortner.  The Chairman called the Meeting to order and the following business was transacted.

 

 

MOTION TO APPROVE COMPLAINTS OF  ERRONEOUS ASSESSMENTS AND ORDER OF CORRECTIONS AS FOLLOWS:
