DELAWARE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING
November 13, 2008
The Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Oklahoma, met in Special Session on November 13, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. Agenda was posted November 10, 2008 at 3:25 P.M. on the east entrance door. This meeting was temporarily recessed at 9:45 AM til 10:30 AM at which time the meeting was reconvened. This meeting was recessed at 11:30 A.M.
Members of the Board present were Commissioner Dave Kendrick -Member and Commissioner Billy Cornell-Member. Commissioner Ken Crowder –Chairman was absent. Board of Delaware County Commissioners is hereby authorized to take action on the following items:
AGENDA #1-Motion to approve agenda as posted. Roll Call: Commissioner Kendrick-yes, Commissioner Cornell-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #2-Motion to discuss approval of placing on ballot of January 13, 2009 in Delaware Co. the question to fund by additional millage an ambulance service for Moseley, Colcord and Watts School Districts. This motion was not needed. No action was taken. Roll Call: Commissioner Kendrick-yes, Commissioner Cornell-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #3-Motion was made by Commissioner Cornell and seconded by Commissioner Kendrick to meet with BIA-Larry Haikey and AMEC Archeology-Grant Day & Hank McKelway to discuss the Spavinaw Creek Bridge Study. The contract administrator will be Tim McCrary of Rose & McCrary Engineering. Final contract paperwork/fees to be submitted before the Board of Commissioners on Monday, November 17, 2008. No action was taken. Discussion only. Roll Call: Commissioner Kendrick-yes, Commissioner Cornell-yes. Motion carried.
AGENDA #4-No new business was submitted.
AGENDA #5-No public comments submitted.

There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was recessed.
